Don't know the details, but was told that the conversion would be quite a ways off and that the stock would not be traded until then.

Agree its harder to raise money when you really need it. Clearly it appears CYTO has suffered a temporary setback. Let's hope they pull through. I'm looking for 3Q revenues of about 2.5M, roughly twice the last Q and 4thQ at least double that. If not, I'm out.
