Oh I hadn't noticed. :-> Their announcements will be part of a strategy of increasing the profile of the stock so they can do an offering and raise equity capital. They use of proceeds will be to fund the ALRT call and accellerating spending on R& D and clinical trials. LGND didn't commence construction of a major new facility in La Jolla because the views are great. Its way to foggy on most days anyway.
