Saddam needed to be removed and so we did.

Given that we now know there is no WMD nor collaborations with Al-Qaeda for Iraq to threaten US with, what pressing "need" was there exactly that can possibly justify killing 10,000 innocent people, not to mention the maimed and tortured others?
