Livable? I guess it's all in your perspective. Some people think California is livable. I don't. Australia seizes private property and chops it into little pieces. New Zealand, I'm told, is beautiful. So are Sweden, Norway, and Finland where they make some very fine steel. and all but Canada are more livable, at least as defined by some surveys.
Better civil service? Less corrupt? I know only about our own, specifically my own agency which was the finest until Clinton got ahold of it, so educate me on how these others are superior.
