James,he is a fighter but what choice does he have. I have no respect for Hsu he is a criminal using investor money(like alot big headed Ceo's) for personal gain, be it power,money or both. I do not want him to resign. It would be better for short positions that he keeps on making acquisitions that will result in depleted cash reserves and more headaches. Ask yourself this question, would you want to be an engineer at Avant? The same day the FBI raided their headquarters I would had my resume sent out to a couple dozen companies. Remember this is not a billion dollar Apple or microsoft. Those companies can wihstand almost anything. Avant is small. Even if companies buy their tainted technology, Avant has to provide tech support and customer service. This will be difficult to do when your are trying to fit a new company into your corporate culture. Especially when the corporate culture maybe totally f'd-up, I believe in the next six months Avants balance sheet will reflect this. What baffles me is why the Amerindo company is taking such a large risk on Avant. Avant must be spinning gold out of hay and we all know that is a fairytale.
