I can't understand what the difficulty is, unless you don't know what I mean by "those laws" and "such laws" and "many of them", but I would think it would be obvious from the context of the conversation that all of those phrases refer to anti-discrimination laws that are imposed against the private sector.

I think laws of that type are unjust and wrong and probably unconstitutional, but I think they where well intentioned and I recognize that they have done some good.

They would not be unconstitutional if they where imposed by state governments or if they where imposed on businesses that operate across state lines (because of the inter-state commerce clause), but they would still be unjust.
