Ming: great objective report. Thanks so much for your post. MSFT's actions have continued to be some of the worst business practices by a corporation, related to product quality, that I have ever seen. The cavaliar attitude they portray related to product quality will eventually be their achilles heal just as what occurred with the US's auto industry.
