Giuliani may have lost some of his luster because of the hatchet job that was the 9/11 commission. He is sort of lumped in with bush as false heroes of 9/11. His energy would be great for the campaign but i dont think he would add enough votes in the electoral college states to make a difference. McCain hasnt been tarred by the left yet and he has been tarred by the extreme right to some extent so he will play well and be a big addition to whichever ticket he ran on which will 99% be neither. Of course if bush were to ask, how could he refuse. Win or lose in 2004, he would have the inside track for 2008. Mike
