The definition of perfect justice I gave was not meant to be interpreted as a human justice system.

I wouldn't limit it to humans. Presumably such a justice system could operate for any sentient sapient beings. In the absence of such beings I'm not sure that the term justice has any meaning. I am speaking of the philisophical concept of justice, not justice as it exist in todays society.

Extend that to the cosmic level and it becomes possible that everyone (even those suffering in poverty or prison as martyrs) are somehow getting their needs met in a way that is beyond our comprehension as humans. ... see... (metaphysical).

Its possible to imagine such a situation, but you could have justice without it. And even if we are in such a situation we, like the 5 year old, wouldn't realize it.

What do you think of my other topic: "Librae of Justice"?

I'm not sure I really understand what you mean by the term.
