James, To be completely honest I haven't researched what SEPR paid for CHRX. Can you please post that info? I'm assuming that they paid alot less then what they sold it for. Your point regarding the Glaxo deal is well taken. IMHO, if I were SEPR, I would "unload" both of my BSEP and HMSR positions and focus on what I do best. To quote Peter Lynch, this looks like a case of "Deworsification". Do you think the PBIO suit means much to SEPR? Billy
