If you are correct, then President Clinton blew up the only drug manufacturing plant in the Sudan for no other reason than Monica Lewinsky. I reject that. Do you?

William Cohen, President Clinton's Secretary of Defense, said that there was a link between al Qaeda and Iraq, in his testimony to the 9.11 Commission. And that is why he recommended to the President to attack the Sudanese plant. So maybe the 9.11 Staffers who came up with the interim report, were asleep or already had their report written - before Secretary Cohen actually spoke to the Commission (if they claim there is no link).
