Look AS If George Bush starts taking strippers to the oval office and lying about it, I will complain about him as much as I do Clinton. If Cheney is as bad as you say, I will quit posting anything positive about him. However, I don't think you are going to prove your conspiracy theories. You're too far out there man. If this was about oil, I think the great American cowboy President would have swaggered in there, kicked butt, and took over the oil fields and dared anyone to come get'em. I don't think it is our agenda to take the oil. We may be wanting to "stabilize" the region so that oil prices stay friendly to the US, but i don't think we want to control it.
