Gallop does NOT speak for me nor my rural neighbors who were obviously out in the goldfields or moving cattle and didn't hear the phone.

Tain't the first time Gallop missed the mark. Won't be the last either.

Saddam had to be toppled. And, as usual, the USA had to take the lead b/c no one else had the vision nor the tax base to do the dirty work.
