Glenn Do not believe that Jim is a stupid businessman - he is very smart. You guys have been wondering what is the relevance of Victor to QDRX. It has no relevance to QDRX but a lot to do with Jim and John Palermo. Victor makes connectors for ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES. Both Jim and John spent most of their careers at Westinghouse - an ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE company. Victor is a lifeboat for the brothers Palermo. Jim is making such a complete screw-up of composite sporting goods that he thinks he could do better back in the electrical industry. When he has finally diluted the stock down to 10 cents I would not be surprised by an announcement that said "Quadrax has decided to divest itself of Victor because it doesn't fit ...yadah,yadah,yadah.... Victor has been sold to 'JP Brothers Inc.' for 10 bucks.... Victor is keeping the last half million in the bank from our latest reg s sale. Farewell suckers!" It would probably appeal to Jim's philanthropic side. Hasn't he already been generous to the owners of Lion Golf and Vega and - charity begins at home, don't it? HEY! BOARD OF DIRECTORS, acting on our behalf, get us a CEO whose heart and head are in composite sporting goods - before its too late.
