Iraq's governing council has the blessing of the UN as does (now) the US mission in Iraq. Doesn't that mean anything to you? No, I suspect because Bush is President. I'm not sure which I find more distasteful - your repeated identification of the US and the Nazis or your depiction of the people cutting off heads in Iraq as heroic liberators?
