As much as I am a fan of technology, I keep in mind that sometimes simple works best and that all the simple solutions haven't been stumbled across yet. I'm still grappling with the revelation that one or two drinks a day has such enormous health benefits. I like that part in Sleeper where Woody Allen's character learns that fried foods were the secret to health. Imagine . . .
