heh--I think berries, especially blueberries and
strawberries...some nuts, especially walnuts,
replace red meat sometimes with salmon, and
I'm actually phasing out me coffee drinking, just
some tea (I'm doing modafinil on night shifts,
hopefully this is not going to fry my brain).

I've also been adding fresh cilantro, onion,
garlic, and fresh tomatos to my picante sauce.
Oil and vinagar of course, essentially fresher
salsa. Cilantro is an interesting weed, I
planted some seeds the other day.

Good luck with the Tgen. I've not gone
to the meeting these past two years, but
one of my coworkers made it this year.
