Housing: On Mish's thread, I've argued that housing peaked in March for this cycle. The May New Home Sales numbers surprised me. So now I guess May was the peak <g>. We will not now for sure for several months.

My day to day anecdotal evidence is from builders, architects, RE agents and other people in OC and San Diego. This evidence still suggests that housing sales have peaked.
