On 3/15/04  138  (lowest in 2004)
On 4/17/04  196

On 6/18/04  693
On 6/27/04  803

Last year:
On 6/11/03  299
On 9/28/03  390 (highest in 2003)
So far sales are brisk and inventory overhang is not felt, but multiple offers are history.
