Bush did absolutely nothing on terrorism prior to 9-11. In fact, the word terrorism was not even mentioned by Bush once, despite many warnings he got about AL Qaida planning to attack us. Condi Rice, his unqualified Security Director, was planning a speech on threats to our nation on 9-11. Al Qaida was not mentioned at all in the speech.

Clinton did a lot more than Bush against terrorism. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch. It was carried out by the half brother of the man who financed Bush's first company. Bush also had the FBI lay off the Saudis prior to 9-11. Het let all the t Saudis and bin Laudens out of the country without interrogation after 9-11 when no one else could travel. You tell me Bush is a counter-terror presdient. He even pulled out of Afghanistan before we'd caught Osama and the other top guys. Inexplicable. Saddam had very little to do with terrorism, and nothing to do with 9-11.
