Just heard on CNBC (Maria Bartimo) the it INTC is now trading before the open at about $90.00.

As for the SOX, if such is the case for INTC, the 367 support line will be broken.

Also, Merril downgraded TXN.

From what I could catch, Merril is putting alot of negativity on the SEMI sector.
