Thanks for the ideas. I'm always a little nervous trying to call a top (in this case RE). I'm reminded of the J.Maynard Keynes quote:

"Markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent."

CFC used to be a solid company even during slowdowns because of the structure of their business. I will have to take a close look. Thanks again.
