Tenchusatsu, "Boss Swap" will revolve around executives swapping workplaces." cnn.com Too bad we couldn't have, "US President Swap". Which foreign president would you select. RE: "Boss Swap" They should really do this at corporations on a regular basis - a few weeks per year. We did this at our startup for a spell (but using people within the company), and it's really an effective way to get more diversity of ideas implemented. There are certain things that tend to get addressed best by certain people's leadership so giving them the driver's seat for a spell is a good way to remove some of the backlog of back burner items.
