The definition of a documentary does not involve actors portraying historical or religious figures. That's like calling the films with starring roles of Keanu Reeves in "Little Buddha" or Charlton Heston in "10 Commandments" documentaries. Unless you're saying James Caviezel IS Jesus! A compendium of archival footage with editorial license and commentary is a documentary. This film's earnings kick butt over any other film in its class (that of documentary). The reason for this film's box office success is the failure of the press to address the People's legitimate concern over the usurping of the government by a few people of privilege, the creation of unnecessary and undesirable wars and erosion of the Constitutional Rights of Americans in America for which I personally swore to uphold against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC... Anybody but Bush 2004.
