1. re: scam/fraudulent.
As long as you don't keep yelling it without other facts, it's ok to me. As you see, you aren't barred from this board. I'm not looking to squeltch dissenting views. Only to keep the noise from drowning out the real conversation.

2.
>>The problem here is that small investors are given the impression that Inspectech, (the now defunct) and Research Frontiers/SPDi are separate entities. The one and ONLY reason Inspectech is a so-called licensee is because the wife of Alex Martinez (who is an Inspectech executive), is the daughter of an SPDi insider and crony of Robert Saxe.

1. My understanding is that Alex is no longer an Inspec employee.
2. If Inspec is now defunct, this is irrelevant.
3. crony - def: " A longtime close friend or companion."
So what? Most (certainly much) business is done with friends.

>>I am not 99%... but 100% certain that Alex Martinez, his wife and certain SPDi insiders traded REFR stock immediately before certain press releases (remember 5,000 windows per month). I am 100% certain about this because I went to the trouble and expense of hiring an attorney specializing in securities law and a private investigator to do A LOT of digging.

If there is illegality in trading before a PR, I'm perfectly fine with the SEC throwing the offender in jail. SPD/REFR will not be made or broken on Martinez. Have you forwarded this info to the SEC?

Will any of this stop SPD technology from being further developed?
Do you not think that it works as described?
Do you know of any technical problems that will make it unmarketable?

I've said all along that I believe SPD will be successful based on the technology and what I think there will be for demand. Though if all of management went to jail, I'm not sure what happens to the license. But since they haven't yet, I think it is unlikely. The SEC certainly knows about the company.
