How many times must Arafat say he recognizes Israel and then be unmasked as a liar before you start doubting his words? As many times as the Israelis say that the Palestinians should have their own state and then turn around and build more settlements. Seriously, there is no secret to Arafat's deceptions but deceptions do not run one way over there.
