The sports drink I use is rarely advertised and has been around for something like 25 years, and I just looked up the potassium and it's 100 mg/8 oz serving. It's called ERG, for Electrolyte Replacement with Glucose. gookinaid.com I buy mine at REI, usually a year's supply at a time. rei.com --Ben
