That regime was there to stay, just like North Korea, Castro's Cuba, etc. I don't think it was a great idea to topple the regime given the risks, priorities, and costs as it was, but this nonsense about all the other ways of doing such things doesn't wash.

As for your belief that we're the same as head hacking Islamists or mass murderers like OBL, well you're entitled to your opinion, and I'm not going to waste my breath on it.
