Bush's fat cat pioneers are not just The Elite, they are the selfish greedy miserly elite who don't mind polluting our environment, robbing our treasury or gouging consumers to make their millions. Contrast them to someone like Teresa Heinz who really cares about people and the earth, who gives away millions every year and is perfectly happy to pay more taxes if it helps keep our society healthy and balanced. Add Warren Buffett, Lee Iacocca and George Soros to that list.
