If the company was not pumping shares out under Reg S, , there would never be 68 mil shares on the street. For the few pennies they got for the shares, stockholders stand to loose big time.

The company was to lazy to do a private placement and did not believe in the company to offer bonds. Now We get it in the rear.

People who buy reg S shares make 2 to 3 times more money than they gave for the shares. If it was not profitable to Reg S buyers, they would not have bought AGTI Reg S the second time around.

This AGTI would have to bounce back to over $7 just for me to break even. By then, They would be back to selling shares again.... RegS. Hell, The salesman who Sells the Reg S make 10 to 25% on the deal because he has the buyers.

My 73,000 shares say NOOOOOOOOO. Agti will not break the habit of going to Reg S for money. This reverse will be 10 or better to 1 on this reverse. Also, I think AGTI can not get that $5+ million needed to make Bingo units to rent out unless they reverse split.

After the reverse split, watch out, the stock price will drop down by 20%. My vote is no.
