George, check out the poster presentations that start on page 12. Looks like Raptiva is becoming a GLOBAL Biological treatment alternative that is MUCH SAFER. Amazing that this is a Canadian meeting. Btw, no matter where you live the clinician is ALWAYS an ADVOCATE for the patient. Therefore, don't be surprised to see most moderate to severe psoriasis patients in Europe become suddenly unresponsive or having intolerable side effects to the old, toxic, cheaper treatments.
