No, it is reported on the networks that the US will be running Iraq from its embassy and providing most of the security. The change today is mainly symbolic since none of the Iraqi agencies are really up and running and the security forces are still amateurish. Lets hope it works. Symbolism is better than nothing. Our guys need to come home soon. Bush has had them there far too long.
