Sex is a personal business. The rightwing should stay out of it with the hypocritical churchy preachings. The government should not control our sex lives unless it's some pedophilia or something. They should also allow sex education and info on contraception which saves lives and prevent abortions. What you're talking about is a grey zone in the law. Technically a man 18 and a woman 17 are illegal. That's obviously ridiculous. So is not allowing someone about to turn 17 and enter the army have adult rights, even go to R rated films. Society is not perfect. There has to be a cut off line. Any good judge would dismiss such a case despite the fact it's technically illegal.
