Ted, You think its the same to say it in an interview as opposed saying it in front of everyone on the floor of the Senate?

Cheney, like Bush with his "a-hole" comment, was overheard. Neither meant to say what they said in public.

As for Kerry, he meant what he said, and he knew it was for the public record. Yeah, it's Rolling Stone, but that wasn't the first time he swore for the record. Remember the snowboarding gaffe, "I don't fall down! That son of a b---h cut me off!"
