brushwud, RE: "because your policy is for women? " Who said it was only for women? If a policy discussion ensues about cats where it's stated that cats get blue collars, that doesn't imply the dog doesn't get one too. Traditional corporations tend to over look the needs of men in a rather major way. As a guy doesn't that bug you? One company tried to recruit one of our male employees but he turned them down for two reasons, the first because our policies provide flexibility to men that this other company didn't have.
