Mike, MM was not making a documentary, it is pure propaganda. So anything that does not fit into his "Bush is evil, stupid, money-grubbing, etc" mode just ain't there. All this stuff about the 7 minutes just strikes me as a bunch of "coulda, woulda, shoulda." But Moore is capitalizing on Bush's expressionless face for his own interpretation. But I agree that Bush reading to the kids for 7 minutes after the word came about the South Tower being hit is a non-issue.
