Once I see the next Q's numbers, listen to Sandisk's and others CC's I will revalue the company again based on new information. This stock's performance is unlikely to improve unless we see a significant improvement in average megabyte per unit sold from 189MB last Q.

I would expect that we should see some increase in the average megabytes per unit this quarter but I dont see this as the key to Sandisk's future performance. The problem is that the supply that is coming on-line is likely to be more than the current markets ability to absorb it. I really think that Sandisk's price cut was more about enabling new markets to form (mobile phones...eventually camcorders) than about being able to wring more out of the existing digital camera market.

Another major handset manufacturer using T-Flash would be a good sign.....or some commentary about increased after market sales of miniSD in Japan.

FWIW, the Motorola E398 (first handset with T-Flash) is now on sale and is getting good reviews. It comes with 64MB of memory, which isnt nearly enough if the MP3 functions become popular.
