I don't see any data that would indicate a glut of chips. Just the opposite seems to be true. Too many new applications are eating up whatever surplus might have existed a couple of months ago. On the other hand, I don't see much increase in average megabytes per unit because of the rapid increase in card sales for camera phones. This could actually REDUCE average mb/unit.

There has been a marked change in market sentiment today, based on Iraq, lower oil and gasoline prices, higher consumer confidence, etc. I think the short position in SNDK will drop quickly. The share price improvement this morning points to a significant change in direction.
