Is your head buried in the sand? Bush is the most unpopular president overseas I think we've ever had. Even Nixon was admired for his diplomatic abilities. Bush seems to have no abilities which interest the world other than to politic to the far right in the US and make huge oil deals. Iraq can easily be seen as just a big oil deal. Who's got the oil now? Not Saddam, but Bush's friends.
