I think the Neocons are trying to put a play on words. Moore's intention was to get members of congress to INLIST THERE CHILDREN TO SERVE IN IRAQ. He also said right in his movie that only one member of congress had a child in IRAQ. I don't remember him saying anything about nephews or other more distant family members.
