You ask, " I like the SALES and potential growth but worry about the dilution --- can and will this company make money WITHOUT the use of dilution."

The answer for now is "No". While sales are moving along nicely, installs are trailing. Units are not paid for in advance, however the parts and labor to build the machine are part of on-going operating expense. The more machines sold, the more work in progress inventory and the more working capital requirement.

Considering the rapid increase in the rate of sales for the SU MRI, it is surprising that Fonar isn't issuing more shares than the 3.5 listed in the S-3. Kudos to management on a job well done (so far).

Just my opinion.

Fonar will need to issue additional shares until payment revenues exceed work in progress expense. It is surprising that Fonar needs to issue so few shares to do this. The success of the SU seems to be going well and positioning Fonar..."Ahead Of The Crowd".....Tickerguy
