Aero Marine Announces New CEO And Negotiations for Joint Venture Engine Evaluation 6/29/2004 4:41:00 PM RONKONKOMA, N.Y., Jun 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aero Marine Engine, Inc. (OTCBB:ARMR-News) Effective June 8, 2004, Richard "Richie" Powers resigned as the sole officer and director of the Registrant, and Benjamin Langford was elected as President and director of the Registrant. Effective June 9, 2004, Donald Whitehead and Jeffrey Floyd were elected to the Board of Directors, and Mr. Whitehead was elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Registrant. Mr. Langford and his fellow directors will attempt to bring together an international approach to the future evaluation and development of the Dyna Cam engine and will conduct a complete review of the actions of the previous management.
