Which is a bit different from Condoleezza's, "Saddam has got nukes, smallpox and poison gas top-dressing aircraft and is sure to blow up Manhattan and Washington with big mushroom clouds, while spraying sarin and smallpox from Seattle to Miami, Boston to San Diego.
