I know why I have a HELLUVA time here with mainstream SI, like mainstream media.. Personal integrity as projected into societal honesty... If a person can NOT be honest with themselves, how can they be honest with others.. And the COURAGE of others to call it like they see it when THEY KNOW what it is..

I have seen a thousand examples of personal dishonesty here on SI.. Guessing .. 90% on the right wing and 10% or so with us progressives.. The stats, I am estimating but the RW always seem to have contradicted themselves, earlier or later on, the most.. (BTW, I do not keep score on SI, I have better and more constructive things to do.)

But I do not like the fact of that at least 10% or so on our side have not been completely true about things.. They should admit their mistakes to themselves and others.. But primarily to THEMSELVES...sooner before later, because that is what repairs the damage most quickly.. Then move on with a lighter heart..

Of course, that is up to them, but the LONGER they wait, the more damage it causes US..
