Seems to me there are only two convincing methods and one less convincing method. The least convincing but something to think about is to look around you and honestly tell yourself that such order and organization can occur out of nothing. When in school and having to stay up all night writing a simple paper, I knew that if I didn't do it, it wasn't going to create itself. There is also the principle of entropy to consider. The last two methods would have to include witnessing of a miracle or supernatural event or witnessing the realization of one or more prophecies that could not be faked or purposely fulfilled by man. Another way would be the undisputed discovery of an ancient relic that is unquestionable.
