You could just as easily pin that on Bush and his 48 days of vacation.

Clinton made Al Qaeda a top priority- and told Bush about it. Did Bush meet with US security the as much as Clinton had? No. Did Bush pay attention to the document titled "Bin Laden determined to attack inside the US"? No.

You are sadly mistake about who to blame for 9/11. Primarily we need to blame the terrorists- but Bush was asleep at the wheel in a way Clinton never was. At least Clinton knew what was going on, and was coordinating things. Poor Bush could only concentrate on fishing and gold. Perhaps if he'd had a few blow jobs in the oval office he would have stayed on the job more? We'll never know.

"First year in office set the all-time record for most days on vacation by any president in U.S. history.
After taking the entire month of August off for vacation, presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history. "
