I think with the Cubans here in Florida, it is more a matter of them not vigorously supporting Bush than actually supporting Kerry. I don't think Kerry has strong anti-Castro credentials, which is what they care about. Clinton did okay with the Cuban community because he had gotten burned (as governor) by the Mariel boatlift and he still held a grudge against Castro.
