Additional information for users attempting to submit email address and/or login to Development site.

Updating your email address:

Many users are having trouble using the MemberServices page to submit their email address. It is asking for information that many users don't want to answer (and that we don't need or use), or is failing to submit the data once completed.

The only information we need from that page is your email address, for purposes of verifying identity in case you lose your login information at a later date.

If you do not wish to complete the MemberServices form -or- it will not let you submit your email address, you can send me a PM with your email address and I will update the records manually.

Logging into the Development Site:

Everyone should login to the development site at dev.siliconinvestor.com in order to activate your account there.

Many users have encrypted passwords and have been unable to login to the Dev site as a result. If you are unable to login using your current password, please tell me via PM and I will send back the encrypted password for you to copy/paste into the Login screen. After successfully logging in to the development site, you can go to Options-->Edit/View My Account and change your password to something more convenient.
