Sure they happened. In some cases Kerry has admitted being involved. SO the question becomes if you think the current admin should be voted out how can you possibly vote for another admin that will be headed by a person who has admitted doing some of the same things.....ONLY HE ADMITS TO DOING THEM PERSONALLY!
