There is a little good news. Two friends who traditionally vote the dem ticket have told me that they will be voting for Bush in Nov...as will their husbands.

Like me.....they don't think dems fully understand the threat and so support Bush in this struggle. They worry that dems don't seem to fully realize how important this war is and that you can't negotiate with people that saw heads off to make a point. One wants Bush to "flick them off the face of the earth like a nasty flea." Interestingly, they are both Catholics, and see this more as a religious war. I wonder what their church leaders preach on Sunday? Someone posted statistics on world wide religions a while ago. I think there are millions more Christians in the world than Muslims.

IMO repubs/conservatives have more fear then dems/liberals when it comes to terrorism.

I'm working on my other dem friends. Will send them nemer's post.
